Section 8 Property Manager

Apartment Manager needed for a Section 8 Community (HUD ASSISTED) in Cleveland; candidate must have a successful background in multi-family low income property management and be organized and knowledgeable about property operations, marketing, resident relations, staff supervision and the ability to multi-task in fast-paced workplace. Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. Experience with YARDI’S Classic software is a plus, requires a minimum of 2 years experience in low income apartment management.
